Trip to Scotland!

For CE2 children & up. 

No parents allowed! Just children and teachers.

Train all the way (better views and better for the environment! Also opportunities for creative writing!) on Wednesday.

Thursday: visit Edinburgh - National Museum (particularly the miniature coffins as inspiration for our story writing contest), the Royal Mile and and Greyfriar's Kirkyard.

Friday: a trip to my old school and, weather and tides permitting, Cramond Island.

Saturday: a visit to Mary King's Close and hopefully Edinburgh Castle.

Sunday: return by train.

Cost €700

There will be daily quizzes, diary writing and creative writing competitions as well as a trophy for the best golfer!
